AVAST Releasing Paid-for Mobile Security – avast! Mobile Premium
After releasing a free version of avast! Mobile Security in December 2011, AVAST releases also…
Every security and online company on the market is trying to educate users to use strong passwords. By strong password it is generally meant 8 characters, including at least one number, one upper case and one special character like ‘@’, ‘!’, ‘#’ etc. Unfortunately people are still using really simple and stupid passwords. Even worse they are using the same stupid password for all their online accounts.
In July 2015, Ashley Madison – an online dating service for people who are married, was hacked and all user data has been lately released to public. Avast researches analyzed the data and published the list of top 20 most common used passwords. All of them are really stupid.
Those users were probably like Fry on the password meme below 🙂
“Not sure which password I used on this site. 123456 or abc123.” It was 123456, abc123 is just number 18 on the list
What is your favorite from the list?
