Free Support & Online Customer Service for Your Avast Antivirus 2017
We love Avast and that’s why we have decided to offer a completely free support and customer service for all consumer products: Free Antivirus, Pro Antivirus, Internet Security, Premier, GrimeFighter and SecureLine VPN.
We will do our best to answer and help you with the technical related questions. Unfortunately we can’t help you with the billing and status order questions. Also we are not able to process an order refund. For these you need to go directly to Avast.

I dislike Avast and I will never order your anti-virus again. It is impossible to get any customer support for my question which is, Why do I keep getting messages from you to add to my anti-virus protection? Didn’t I pay you for it? Aren’t you protecting my computer?
I have a free 60 day full version of Avast Free, I like this and would like to install it on my computer. I can buy it, but no help if it does not work, you can recommend another program that can be used by a regular user. User requirements are that you can only use the phone for support. Email is excluded from Avast, Thank you for your help.
Arne.
My name George ILKU. I tried uninstalling Avast Premier from Windows XP SP3 after the trial period ended, following the procedure by going into Safe Mode. But when I rebooted in safe mode, the Avast Premier program disabled the Hard drive, the CD/DVD drive and disabled any other external drives.
Now I can’t boot up at all and can’t access any of the drives as these have been disabled.
I can only go into the Bios and boot menu by going into the Advanced Option Menu by pressing Del on boot up but I can’t enable any of the drives from here.
If you have come across this, I would appreciate your help in getting back to where I was before Avast was installed.
I understand you are not Avast and are doing this as a service, but I can’t get anyone in Avast support. Thank you for your time and help.
When I run an Avast Boot Time Scan, it shows many corrupted program files; but when I run sfc/scannow as an administrator, it shows NO Integrity violations. Why is this?
